Cancellation Policies & Safety Guidelines
There is no fee for cancellations or rescheduling with notice given in advance. We require a minimum notice of 24 hours prior to your cancellation. If there is no notice given, a 40% fee of your services booked will be charged.
If you have any questions about booking online or whether you are choosing the appropriate service, we encourage that you email, call or text the salon. It is important that there is sufficient time allotted for each service booked.
For all appointments booked online, we require a credit card to secure your appointment.
If you are looking for a big color / haircut change, a consultation is recommended to ensure that we reach your ultimate hair goals.
